When you experience fire damage to your home or business, no matter how big or small, there are probably a million things racing through your mind, one of those things is probably "what happens now??"
No matter how big or small the fire, you are going to need at least some fire damage restoration to return your home back to its preloss condition. We are here to let you know the process of the restoration, so you can rest easy knowing how it'll be taken care of!
Step 1: Secure the property
When it comes to a large fire, the property should be secured, fencing, plywood to board up, and tarps covering any openings in the roof. Boarding up and securing the property will prevent any further damage from the weather, and even vandals.
Step 2: Removals
After the property is secured/boarded up, the crew will begin to remove/sort through any debris inside the home. Saving anything that is salvageable and getting rid of anything that is not.
Oftentimes, there is also water damage with fire damage, due to the fire fighting. The crew will begin to extract the water from the property.
Step 3: Cleaning
Once the excess water is removed and the property is deemed safe to enter, the smoke/soot reside will be cleaned from all surfaces, our crews will even deodorize the property, so you will NOT smell that smoky-ness after we're done!
Step 4: Restoration!!
Once all plans are approved by the homeowner and restoration specialist, the restoration can begin!!
