Moisture Detected in Dartmouth, MA

SERVPRO of the Attleboros responded to a Dartmouth home that had experienced a very devastating ice dam above the kitchen's ceiling. For about a week or so, the melting ice had found its way into the side structure and started to reek havoc on the wood paneling. Never a good sign, the emergence of a musty and moldy smell started to nauseate each member of the household whenever any of them would enter the kitchen. Although the before picture does not look suspicious, our moisture detection technology picked up a reading of 100%. Our crews removed the wall and extracted all of the moisture.
